ALL DAY: Heika with Fixings

  • Harbridge, Court Barn Lane Chichester, England, PO20 United Kingdom (map)

"Heika" is a basic style of Ikebana in a tall pot. There are 3 methods of Heika, upright slanting and cascading. Upright has strong lines going up; slanting has a subtle slant creating an engaging depiction of natural movement; cascading spills over, creating a flow of flowers and foliage that captivates the eye.

All day classes are £50. You will also need to purchase the flowers separately which can cost anything up to £20 extra.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

As the discipline of Ikebana follows a strict curriculum, if you are new to Ikebana, you will start at the beginning of the curriculum for any class you attend. You can find the curriculum here.
