HALF Day - Peonies

  • Harbridge, Court Barn Lane Chichester, England, PO20 United Kingdom (map)

Peonies (if season has started)

Peonies, known for their luxurious blooms and rich symbolism, take centre stage in this class, open to all levels. These flowers represent bravery, honour, and good fortune in Japanese culture, making them a meaningful choice for Ikebana.

We will explore different ways to arrange peonies while considering their shape, weight, and movement within a composition.

Half day classes are £30. You will also need to purchase the flowers separately which can cost anything up to £20 extra.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

As the discipline of Ikebana follows a strict curriculum, if you are new to Ikebana, you will start at the beginning of the curriculum for any class you attend. You can find the curriculum here.
